Dr. Jane L. Mahakian, Ph.D. specializes in working with older adults and older adults with cognitive decline. For over 10 years, Dr. Mahakian served as Director of the Elder Care Referral Program for the University of California San Francisco. She has a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and received her clinical training at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Centers in San Francisco and Martinez, California. Dr. Mahakian is also licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT30045). Her professional experience and expertise assisting university employees with an aging parent or relative is now available to the community at large.
